  We dined at Centinial Steak House last night to avoid the crowds on Valentines Day, big mistake. I ordered steak and prawns dinner and when my dinner arrived there was no prawns. I asked about them and the waitress said she would go cook them. 10 minutes later she comes back and tells me they were out of shrimp. The steak tasted burnt and the baked potato was old and salad was wilted and served before our drinks. Not sure what the problem was but we will not be back.

  So, My wife & I went there to celebrate our 18th weddinng anniversary. As soon as we walked in and sat down someone's greeted us and said they get us a menu. We did not realize that this place was a bar with no separate dining room. However we were okay with that we got there. The first waitress never brought us a menu and we waited about 10 minutes and a different waitress brought us menus and asked what we wanted to drink. So we waited about 10 more minutes just for or drinks. We ordered an appetizer platter and two steak dinners. There was along wait, but, we were okay since we had our drinks and conversation. However then after our Wait, the waitress brings our steaks 1st and says your appetizers are coming my fault. So then a bit& irritated we let it slide and said okay. About 15 minutes later the appetizer platter comes out. They tell us the chicken wings are usually Buffalo and breaded but they have something different it's another no season plain chicken wing and when my wife thank goodness used her fingers to break into it, it was over half raw. So we show it to our waitress. She apologizes about five minutes after that she comes out and says they're going to replace some wings with chicken strips because they don't have any more wings. About 10 minutes after that the cook comes out (I refuse to call him a chef).... with two more chicken strips. By the way, chicken strips are included in the platter we already ordered and his response as he walked by and put them on our table..... sorry about that. That's an item we don't normally cook. So Our 18th anniversary was ruined thank you very much Centennial Steakhouse never again. You guys didn't even offer any kind of break for your mistakes shame on you. So we ended up paying $86 for a meal that was worth maybe $25.

  I ordered a medium rare steak and got a well done borderline burnt steak. Idk how you can have steakhouse in your name and do this to a steak. On the plus side the bartenders were great. The bar itself was fairly nice.
