  Went here last night with my boyfriend because I had gotten a gift card from my boss. Instantly upon walking in, both the hostess and our server seemed like they didn't want to be there. Our server forgot to put in our appetizer so we got our food first and barely got an apology for forgetting our app. We got the Bloomin Onion and either the fryer oil was old or they overcooked it but either way it tasted burnt. My boyfriend had also ordered one of their steak toppings and didn't get it. The main dishes were decent but I was not impressed. Neither of us had ever eaten there before and I don't think we will ever be going back. Even with the money taken off from the gift card, it still wasn't worth what I paid for it. And while we didn't get charged for the appetizer that we didn't get until late, no one ever apologized or let us know they were removing it from the bill for the inconvenience. I've been a manager at a fast food chain for over 6 years and we provide better customer service than that, and we aren't paid in tips. Overall was very disappointed and it ruined my mood for the rest of the evening. I sincerely hope this was just an off night and that other people have better experiences, but I will not be returning here in the future.

  Worst waitress ever. She was argumentative and loud about letting us order fries with my son's steak. This was when we were placing our order. She didnt even notice people looking at her. Food was under done but she was nowhere for 20 minutes. My sons steak was red and bloody. It wasnt medium well, it was medium rare. Actually a little cold. Never saw a manager. Charged $4 for an apple that should have come with the kids meal as the only side my daughter had. We love outback, but we will never come back to this one again.
