- 1 / 5By Judi HoweWhen Panera first opened the service and quality of food was very good. Lately, it has been not so good. During the recent snow/ice period, my husband went to pick up dinner for our family. He got Pick Two's for three of us. I ordered a salad and a sandwich but did not get my sandwich and my salad did not even fill the container half way. My husband and daughter got no croutons for their soup and we only got two out of three baguette pieces. I called and spoke to the manager who was apologetic saying they were working on consistency and since we were not willing to go back at that time, he said he would send some vouchers for free food. He took my address but it is now 2 weeks later and havve received nothing.February 22, 2017
